What is the shipping and packaging procedure?
Upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment, we carefully pack the order for safe delivery, using recycles and sustainable packaging where possible, and hand it to the courier in 2-3 days. We live a slow life, homeschool, and live in a remote region and packaging and coordination take time. We will send your photos during the packaging process, and upon shipment. The tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

Which Courier Will Deliver The Order?
We use either TCS or Leopard Courier for orders within Pakistan; in each case we supervise the packaging. When we ship the order, we send you the courier details and tracking number.

What about global shipments?
Those are currently not available. We will likely partner with DHL for their delivery. Pakistan Post delivers more economically but is not deemed very safe or reliable.

What Happens If Iā€™m Not At Home When The Order Is Delivered?
If you are not home when the order is delivered, the courier will contact you for re-attempt. You can also call the courier directly and give them the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date. We cannot give individual advice or directives to the courier nor track your parcel for you once it leaves our desk, outside of the systems provided by the courier.

FOR PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

We make print-on-demand products available through partners who ship directly to clients. These products are currently not available. We are partnering with different vendors for Pakistan, and for global audience. The global delivery will done through a partner (selected, being finalized) who delivers around the global from their nearest partner facility. POD products will be available pending a sustainability analysis. Stay tuned!
