RETURN: The website consists of paintings, and handmade artistic items and toys made by the artist, often on commission (hereby referred to as “goods”). We do not take returns, and would only refund or exchange if, perchance, the goods were damaged or broken upon arrival due to poor packaging. The buyer will have to submit photographic proof within 24 hours to make a claim. We will match their description with pre-shipment photographs that we take to ensure there are no fraudulent claims by malevolent buyers.
Refund can take up to 21 working days, given our business cycles and other commitments. Buyers are requested neither to panic nor harass, as we fulfil our commitments.
REFUND: If the goods arrive damaged, and the buyer is not inclined to forgive the loss, exchange for a different product of same or different value (burden of cost borne by buyer), or commission a new piece (of same value, and only possible if the artist is available), then we may issue a refund. It is requested that the buyers trust and be patient with the process as the artist is a sensitive and underage child whose health needs to be protected against adverse events.
